Autumn Woman
An 8 Month Integrative Journey Through Peri/ Menopause
Facilitated by Erin Quies Wild LMP and Dr. Anastasia Jones, ND
October 2025 though June 2026
This in-person, bi-monthly program weaves together evidence based integrative medicine, traditional wisdom and meaningful experiences to support women through this powerful time of Peri/ menopause. Rather than viewing this transition solely through the lens of symptoms to be managed, we honor it as a profound right of passage- one that has been experienced by women across cultures and throughout time. This will be the juiciest, most science-based women’s circle you can imagine…where nothing is off limits, where we will embrace this season of life together as women rising up informed and strong.
Sleep deprivation. Mood swings. Body changes. Brain fog. Fatigue. Anxiety. The feeling like you are BECOMING a new person all together, inside and out…it’s REAL. You are going through one of life’s most incredible and transformative phases as a woman, it’s the other side of adolescence (remember that crazy?). You are not meant to go through it alone. We are meant to walk this path together.
We will support each other in embracing the 3rd season of life - After the maiden, and the mother, and before the crone is the Autumn QUEEN.
This is not just about hormones, it’s about empowerment. It’s about walking through the FIRE to the second half of our lives knowing ourselves better than ever before.
We will support each other in embracing the 3rd season of life - After the maiden, and the mother, and before the crone is the Autumn QUEEN.
The Program
